Job Duties:

• Assists students and parents by answering their financial aid questions by phone or walk-ins.
• Performs routine tasks such as scanning and projects of a clerical, and/or administrative nature.
• Provides backup for the financial aid office by taking student payments, printing statements, answering phones, etc.

Abilities:

• Ability to handle highly confidential matters and materials with discretion.
• Must have working knowledge of computer software programs such as Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software (Jenzabar EX - Student Information System).
• High attention to detail.
• Maintain college GPA that meets or exceeds the IVCCD Standards of Academic Progress.

Education and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent
