Job Purpose
Provide high-level decision support to senior-level management and various department leads through pricing, planning, analysis, and ad hoc reporting. Provide pricing, planning, and analytical decision support to sales and cross functional department leads, acting as key partner for Sales and Marketing.
Essential Functions
Develop and provide pricing recommendations to Sales in a timely mannerWork cross-functionally with R&D and operations on new products, providing cost targets to help guide the team regarding formulationPerform sensitivity analysis on customer and item-level profitability and provide insights to the teamAnalyze inflation trends by category and develop pricing recommendations for review w/ Sales and Commercial Finance team Maintain rate planning scenarios that feed the profitability toolActively review customer and item-level profitability and flag areas of concern to manager or teamComplete ad hoc and special project requests as neededPrepare month-end system allocationsParticipate in annual planning through development and review of key customersComply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting2+ years of experience in financial analysis and data managementExposure to standard costing, PPV, or manufacturing cost structures is a plus High level of proficiency with Excel Strong financial acumen, including ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop recommendations, and communicate financial concepts clearlyAbility to maintain confidentiality, set priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and interact with varying levels of management across the organization Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working both in group settings and independently

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
