Position Summary:
The First-Year Academic Advisor/Academic Success Coach supports the transition and success of first-year students through proactive, student-centered advising and coaching. Working with the Director of Advising, this role helps students understand degree requirements, assists with course registration, and monitors academic progress. The advisor provides targeted support for students on academic probation, offers one-on-one coaching on study skills and time management, and helps maintain accurate academic standing records.

- Work with the Director of Advising educating and empower UD first-year students regarding their individual degree and program requirements. This may be done through individual meetings and/or workshops
