Fixed term role driving meaningful student engagement through CRM innovation, customer-focused experience design and compelling communications.
Mō te tūka | The role
Are you passionate about creating meaningful student experiences and using data to drive engagement? In this dynamic role, you'll lead CRM workflows, engagement strategies, and analytics that support recruitment, retention, and learner success. Collaborate across teams, champion student voice, and help shape a distinctive Aotearoa New Zealand student journey.
Some tasks of the role include
- Leading student experience working groups to identify and address pain points
- Designing and implementing CRM workflows and email campaigns
- Mapping and analysing the student journey across digital touchpoints
- Driving participation in learner voice surveys and workshops
- Advising teams on best practice communications and data privacy
- Using analytics tools to deliver actionable engagement insights
Fixed term role from 20 October 2025 - 11 September 2026, covering parental leave. 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus. Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role
You will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI
- Skills in journey mapping and human-centred design
- Strong communication and content creation abilities
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and pastoral care codes
- Experience in the tertiary education sector is preferred
- Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
