Experience Required: 2+ years in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
License Preferred: CDL Class A or B
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on diesel trucks and trailers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems
- Conduct DOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet all safety and compliance standards
- Identify issues and complete repairs
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs with supervisors
- Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed
- Assist mechanics at other company locations as needed to support fleet operations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with heavy-duty truck or equipment repair
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- CDL Class A or B is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Available for overtime and on-call shifts as needed
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and safety protocols preferred
