Invoicing: Oversees the food production system invoicing process. Creates and maintains all SOPs. Directly works with retail invoicing.Accounts Payable and Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Responsible for overseeing the final approval and payment of vendor invoices to Ohio University's Accounts Payable to the sum of $14.5 million a year. Oversee the reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accurate payments and credits.Production Training: Provides detailed production training to new and current FoodPro users beyond the use of the FoodPro System. Onsite training with full-time and student staff. Evaluates the efficiency and success of production employees. Reviews and offers analysis of inventory and production programs and reports that are used daily and directly affect the food cost per patron. Presents solutions and training material to production staff.Point of Sale Interface: Oversee and manage the Point of Sale (Transact) interface with FoodPro. Coordinating the creation and inputting of data in the FoodPro system and the cross-reference of the data with the Transact Point of Sale system. This interface plays a key role in maintaining a perpetual inventory in the retail locations as required by the Ohio University Office of Audit, Risk, and Compliance.Secondary Job Duties- Menu boards: Assists with the menu boards provided by Nutrislice. Creates new content and organizes content for the presentations. Troubleshoots and problem solves issues with the menu boards in both the FoodPro and Nutrislice systems. Acts as a liaison with the company.
- Director Reporting: provides daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly director level reports on food costs, food production, revenue, etc.

Minimum QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in the area of food service, Business or related field-preferably in a university setting.
