Job Summary
The Football Analyst will assist the main position coach with daily organization that is included but not limited to: classroom meeting work, field drill work, etc. of Georgia Southern's football student-athletes. The Football Analyst travels with the coaching staff and team to all home and away games to provide statistical analyses and support.
This is a part-time 19 hour per week position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for organization duties at practice - drills, layouts, etc.
- Responsible for organization duties at classroom meetings - film review, installs, etc.
- Work independently to analyze film data to assess, evaluate, and identify offensive and defensive patterns
- Prepare summary reports and statistical analyses for the coaches to utilize in teaching, practice, and preparation for competition
- Propose strategic plans and coordinates video cutups as well as assists with opponent and overall game day preparation
- Game Day Defensive Call-Out - Sideline
- Assist with On-Campus Recruiting as directed by the Recruiting Coordinator
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the football program as directed by the Director of Football Operations
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- One (1) or more years of related experience

- Master's Degree
Preferred Experience
- Experience and proficiency with ARMS, XOS and PFF software
Proposed Salary
$12,000
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
