Responsibilities

1. Teach up to 14 class per week.
2. Teach language and related courses primarily to freshmen and sophomores.
3. Adhere strictly to the university’s approved teaching plan and curriculum.
4. Participate in Foreign Language Corner activities (time counted as part of the workload).
5. Submit required teaching plans and cooperate with end-of-semester evaluations and inspections.

Qualifications

• Under the age of 60.
• Excellent physical and mental health.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• For Non-Native Speakers: TEFL/TESOL/TESL or an equivalent qualification is essential.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive Monthly Salary: RMB 8,500 – 10,000. Negotiable for professors and highly experienced candidates.
