Heilongjiang Dongfang University is an institution authorized to hire foreign experts to work full-time. The university regularly recruits foreign instructors in English, Russian, Japanese, and Korean. Positions available: 2 English instructors, 2 Russian instructors, 1 Japanese instructor, 1 Korean instructor.

I. Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Major: Open to all fields, with preference given to Linguistics, Literature, or Education majors.
• Work Experience: Minimum of two years in relevant teaching roles.
• Age: 25–60 years old (in good health).
• Language Proficiency: Native speakers of English, Russian, Japanese, or Korean. Chinese proficiency not required, though basic conversational Chinese is preferred.

II. Compensation and Benefits:

• Contract Term: Upon hiring, a one-year contract will be signed. Renewal is possible upon mutual agreement at contract expiration.
• Work Hours: 5 days per week, 14-16 teaching hours/week;
• Work Environment: Same office facilities as Chinese faculty;
• Airfare Reimbursement: One round-trip economy ticket from home country to campus reimbursed per contract term;
• Salary: ¥4,500–6,500/month (determined by academic background, work experience, and expertise);
• Course Offerings: Undergraduate-level courses including oral communication, conversation, reading, writing, and literature;
• Meal Allowance: The school provides a monthly meal subsidy deposited into each foreign teacher’s meal card;
• Vacation Allowance: One paid winter or summer vacation after completing one year of service;
• Free Accommodation: On-campus apartments equipped with basic amenities are provided
