To enhance our internationalization, meet the needs of foreign language teaching, and strengthen our faculty team, we are now openly recruiting outstanding foreign language teachers from home and abroad.

I. Basic Requirements

Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Respect the customs and habits of the Chinese nation. Have no legal disputes or criminal records either in the country of origin or during your stay in China.
Native English speaker. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above from a university in your native country. Applicants with a teaching certificate from their home country or an international TEFL certificate are preferred. Applicants with two or more years of English teaching experience in Chinese universities are preferred.
Generally 55 years old or younger. In good physical and mental health.
Abide by teaching discipline. Able to fulfill the “Undergraduate Teaching Regulations for Teachers of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics”. Love teaching and possess strong intercultural communication skills.
No existing labor contracts with other employers or institutions during your stay in China.

II. Job Responsibilities

Undertake a teaching load of around 16 credit hours per week.
Prepare lessons diligently. Correct homework. Answer students’ questions. Organize assessments. Proctor exams. Grade and log marks according to university requirements. Complete course summaries.
Actively participate in English curriculum development and teaching seminars. Assist in textbook compilation. Guide students in professional competitions.
Complete other tasks related to discipline development and talent cultivation assigned by the college/department.

III. Salary and Benefits

Foreign teachers enjoy accommodation and transportation allowances in addition to their monthly salary. The specific salary standard is determined based on professional technical titles or educational background.
