Guangdong Xin’an Polytechnic 2025 Recruitment Notice for Foreign Teachers

• Position: Foreign Teacher (English Language)

I. Main Responsibilities

• Teach courses including IELTS English, Business English, Cross-Cultural Communication, and related professional courses. The average teaching workload is no less than 12 hours per week.
• Guide students in academic competitions.
• Participate in the school’s and department’s external cooperation projects, curriculum development, teaching research, and teaching reforms.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the school or department.

II. Qualifications

• Native English speakers preferred, especially those from English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.
• A full-time bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Must hold a valid TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in teaching IELTS or TOEFL and those willing to also teach foundational courses in economics, management, medicine, architecture, engineering, and computer science.
• Adherence to Chinese laws, regulations, and the school’s rules is required. Candidates should respect Chinese culture and customs and refrain from engaging in any anti-China activities or illegal missionary work during teaching.
• Good character with no criminal record or legal disputes.
• Good health, generally under the age of 55, and possess a valid work visa with at least six months of validity.
• A responsible professional attitude, with the ability to excel in teaching and achieve relevant results.

III. Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: RMB 15,000–20,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
