Qualifications

Basic requirements:

• Foreign teachers are required to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules of the People’s Republic of China, have high professional qualities, team consciousness, collective concept, and dedication spirit, be able to consciously abide by academic ethics and academic norms, have good physical health and be able to handle the job.

Academic requirements:

• Professional foreign teachers are expected to be professionals in computer science, software technology, international business, international management, digital media, and other related fields. Generally, they should have a bachelor’s degree or above from a university, and have at least 2 years of experience in scientific research, teaching, or related work. They can undertake teaching, research, subjects building, and team building work.

Salary and benefits

1. Foreign teachers are required to work full-time at our college, and their salary and benefits are subject to the agreement.
2. The salary and benefits of foreign teachers are shown in the table below. The specific standards are determined by the college and the employing unit based on their qualifications, academic level, and the teaching, research, and other tasks they undertake.

1. The salary of foreign teachers is paid monthly.
2. Foreign teachers shall pay personal income tax in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the payment shall be withheld by the college in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. The college shall purchase medical and accidental injury insurance for foreign teachers employed in accordance with relevant national and local government policies.
