Fudan Development Institute is now recruiting one full-time postdoctoral researcher from home and abroad to engage in research in the direction of " National Development Dynamics - Global Health and Sustainable Development " .
1. Introduction to Fudan Development Institute and the “National Development Dynamics” Independent Knowledge System Research
Founded in 1993 , Fudan Development Institute is one of the pioneers and leaders of think tanks in domestic universities. Focusing on " China's development " , with " deep integration of disciplines " as its driving force, and featuring interdisciplinary, strategic and international characteristics, the institute conducts in-depth research in multiple fields such as regional development, ecological governance, industrial economy, network governance, scientific and technological innovation, etc., contributing Fudan's wisdom to China's governance, China's path, and China's way.
The " National Development Dynamics " project is an independent knowledge system research project promoted by Fudan Development Institute in 2019. The research is based on China's development practice, explores the universal laws of global national development, and provides theoretical references and practical cases for the development of countries around the world. Papers such as "National Development: Beyond the Theory of " National Construction " " and "National Development Dynamics: Concept Exploration and Theoretical Research" have attracted widespread attention and discussion in the academic community.
The research on " National Development Driving Force " of global health and sustainable development will divide the driving force of national development into five systems: sustainability, vitality, productivity, development, and innovation. People's health is the foundation and premise of national development, and runs through the five systems of national development driving force. Research on health involves basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health, pharmacy, economics, journalism and communication, political science, sociology, anthropology, public management, regional and national studies, national security, foreign languages and literature, computer science, big data, information science and engineering and other disciplines, covering national governance, regional development, industrial economy, world economy, scientific and technological innovation, Sino-foreign cultural exchanges and other fields. It is a cutting-edge topic that humans have long paid attention to and frequently updated. In 2024 , Fudan Development Research Institute will carry out a series of surveys on " National Development Driving Force - New Quality Productivity and Medical Industry Special Research " and make certain explorations in the research of new quality productivity in the biopharmaceutical industry. This recruitment of full-time postdoctoral fellows in the direction of " National Development Driving Force - Global Health and Sustainable Development " hopes to continue to promote related research work in related fields and contribute new strength to the theory and practice of " National Development Driving Force " research.
2. Main work contents of postdoctoral fellows
Under the guidance of the co-mentor, carry out research related to " National Development Dynamics - Global Health and Sustainable Development " and produce relevant results. In addition to undertaking consulting and scientific research work , you are also required to undertake other tasks assigned by the Institute.
III . Admission Requirements
1. Have Chinese nationality and do not have permanent residence or long-term residence permit abroad;
2. Support the policies and guidelines of the Party and the country, abide by the Constitution and laws, have good character and academic performance, be in good health, and have no bad records;
3. PhD students who have obtained their PhD within 3 years or are about to graduate (have passed the defense), as well as postdoctoral researchers who have graduated from other postdoctoral research mobile stations (workstations), aged 35 or below, and whose majors are in line with the center's postdoctoral research projects;
4. The postdoctoral fellow shall be the first author or the co-supervisor shall be the first author and the postdoctoral fellow shall be the second author, and shall have published 2 high-quality academic papers; applicants with consulting-related work experience shall be given priority;
5. Applicants with rich research experience, especially those with theoretical exploration and empirical research capabilities, and those with quantitative / computer modeling and analysis capabilities are preferred;
6. Priority will be given to candidates majoring in political science, economics, public administration, public policy, etc.
7. Applicants must meet the requirements for full-time work at the station (the work location is the Think Tank Building of Fudan University, No. 220 Handan Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai ). In-service researchers are not accepted.
IV . Related benefits
1. After entering the station, the remuneration of postdoctoral researchers shall refer to the relevant standards of the country and Fudan University, and they shall be given the necessary start-up funds for scientific research activities. Participants in research projects shall be paid a certain amount of labor remuneration according to regulations;
2. Household registration and housing shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Fudan University;
3. Qualified postdoctoral fellows can apply for the " Super Doctoral Program " of the school or Shanghai (annual salary before tax is 260,000-300,000 yuan ); Requirements for super postdoctoral fellows: Applicants must be outstanding doctoral / doctoral graduates from high-level universities / disciplines at home and abroad , and have outstanding scientific research achievements.

( 5 ) Scanned copies of three representative academic research works (for monographs, please provide scanned copies of the monograph cover; for journal articles, please provide scanned copies of the journal cover + table of contents + title page of the article);
( 6 ) Scanned copies of the doctoral degree certificate and doctoral degree certificate or the doctoral graduation certificate (defense resolution with the seal of the Graduate School Degree Office);
( 7 ) Scanned copy of the front and back of your ID card (or passport).
