Job Description
The successful applicant will hold a doctoral degree in education, preferably in inclusive education, with research in areas like inclusive schooling, curriculum, assessment, psychology, assistive technology, rural populations, leadership, policy, culture and disability. Requires peer-reviewed publications, grants, pedagogical innovation, and inclusive instruction experience.
Qualifications
Essential
- PhD in relevant discipline from respected university.
- Excellent teaching record, 8+ years post-PhD, 3+ at graduate level.
- Internationally established research reputation, Q1/Q2 publications, grants, leadership.
- Supervision of at least 2 doctoral students.
- Expertise in UDL, culturally responsive pedagogy.
- Understanding of equity policies (SDG 4, UNCRPD).
Desirable
- Leadership in professional associations.
- Knowledge of Kazakhstan/Central Asia.
- Editorial board experience, multilingual research.
Conditions of Employment
