As Full Stack Developer, you will design and build secure, scalable platforms for the Australian stem cell registry. You will integrate diverse datasets, create intuitive visualisation tools, and directly support transformative biomedical research collaborations.

What you will deliver:

• Design, develop and maintain the Australian stem cell registry platform, web interfaces and underlying PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Build and optimise ETL workflows and data sharing protocols with national and international stem cell stakeholders.
• Implement secure integrations with CTRL dynamic consent, Stemformatics and Phenomics Australia, plus environments for emerging LLM applications.
• Develop visualisation, search and reporting tools that increase engagement and usability for researchers, industry and patient communities.
• Provide research software support, training and collaboration across cloud and research computing projects, contributing to publications and grants.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Hold a PhD or bring equivalent experience in software development and research data management.
• Demonstrate strong skills in Python, Django, JavaScript or Typescript, HTML, CSS and related web technologies.
• Bring proven experience designing and administering PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases within secure research infrastructure.
• Build data pipelines, ETL processes and APIs that integrate complex datasets across platforms and organisations.
• Communicate effectively with diverse academic, industry and community stakeholders on technical and research topics.
• Engage confidently in collaborative, performance-focused teams and contribute to cross-disciplinary research outputs.
