Offer Description

1. Position Requirements

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Bacteriology or related fields. Teaching experience is preferred but not required. The ability to teach in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong potential for excellence in research, teaching, and academic service.

2. Research Areas

Preferred research areas include, but are not limited to:

• Medical bacteriology
• Bacterial physiology and genetics
• Host-bacterial interactions
• Antimicrobial resistance
• Microbiome research

3. Starting Date

August 1, 2027, or February 1, 2028

4. Compensation

Chang Gung University offers an internationally competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and professional experience.
