"Full-Time Faculty"

Charleston Law welcomes applications for full-time visiting faculty, entry-level and/or lateral early tenure-track candidates to teach: (1) Torts; (2) Constitutional Law; (3) Business Organizations; and/or (4) Property. We are also interested in receiving applications from professors who teach Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing.

Candidates must: (1) have a J.D. or its equivalent; (2) be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; (3) have substantial academic or practice experience; and (4) demonstrate a commitment to scholarship, exceptional teaching, service, and collegiality. The successful applicant(s) must also be able to teach in-person during required teaching times.
