Minimum Qualifications Hold an M.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Fermentation Science or a closely related field, Have a minimum of four years university teaching experience, and Have a minimum of two years of leadership experience in the fermentation industry (e.g. head brewer) Have a track record of fermented food and beverage recipe design and implementation on a variety of scales. Have a history of successfully working with diverse student populations Preferred Qualifications Have experience teaching both fermentation science and microbiology courses at introductory and advanced levels with a history of curriculum development at each level. Demonstrate professional involvement in the broader fermentation community.
