Requirements Associate Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or closely related field or four years of related experience or a combination of education and work experience is required. Educational or work experience with relational databases such as SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or XML is required. A criminal background check is required. Skills: Troubleshooting and resolving functional application issues. Developing documentation, procedures, and training materials. Organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple assignments. Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users. Providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment. Ability to: Learn and support complex enterprise applications and business processes. Analyze information and develop practical solutions to operational issues. Work effectively with individuals possessing varying levels of technical expertise. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
