Required Education: Current UK student (both undergraduate and graduate students welcome).

Required Related Experience: Office/clerical, front desk, and costumer service.

Required License/Registration/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Sitting or standing for long periods of time and run errands on campus if needed.

Shift: 10 – 15 hours weekly.

Job Summary: This position will answer the main college telephone line and greet guests visiting the Administrative Suite. Other tasks include assisting staff with unpacking office supplies, copying, filing, scanning, possibly editing Word documents and entering data into Excel spreadsheets, and running errands on campus if needed. Other duties as assigned. This is a Federal Work Study position only, so applicants must be eligible for Fall/Spring FWS.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Great customer service skills and courteous telephone manner.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?: No

Preferred Education/Experience: Office/clerical, front desk, and receptionist experience. Law and Legal Studies majors preferred.
