MNGI Digestive Health, one of the nation's largest independent physician-owned gastroenterology practices, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in Hepatology or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
Join a collaborative, physician-led organization where you can develop a subspecialty-focused practice while working alongside nationally respected gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers. This opportunity includes a 2-year path to shareholder partnership and the ability to dedicate 50-70% of your practice to your specialty interest.

Schedule & Call
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, endoscopy, and virtual care
- Weekend call approximately 1:10
- Weekday call approximately 1:20
- Ambulatory GI Physician option available for candidates seeking a primarily outpatient role
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Hepatology or IBD training/interest preferred
- Eligible for Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licensure
- DEA certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary range: $400,000-$550,000
