Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
-Lead and manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and standards.
-Monitor guest feedback and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
-Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
-Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
-Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.
-Plan and manage hotel events, conferences, and special functions.
-Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
-Ensure the property is well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.
-Oversee the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
-Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.
Job Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
-Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
-Proven leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-Experience with hotel management software and systems
-Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
-Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of health, safety, and legal compliance regulations in the hospitality industry
-Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and objectives
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
