The Global Engagement team is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Global Delegations and Partnerships Officer to support the University’s international engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening global partnerships, coordinating international delegations, and supporting Transnational Education (TNE) programs and international rankings.
This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role where you will represent SCU, create memorable experiences for international visitors, and support the lifecycle of partnership agreements. - Managing partnership agreements and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with global partners and internal stakeholders
- Supporting international rankings submissions through high-quality data and partner information
- Providing administrative and operational support to global partnership initiatives and activities
What you will bring
You are an outgoing, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You enjoy building relationships across cultures, creating exceptional experiences, and ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in higher education, preferably within international education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultural contexts
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgement
- A strong commitment to customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement
While not essential, we’d love it if you also had:
- Experience supporting international partnerships, agreements, or global engagement activities
- Exposure to CRM systems, data reporting, or international rankings processes
