Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service
skills. - Ability to manage detail-oriented processes.
- Comfortable reporting to multiple supervisors.
- Target driven
and results focused. - Experience using database systems (Banner/Slate) and AI, strong MS package skills. Familiarity with the Slate
CRM a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking
skills. - Demonstrated competency in a second language (preferred).

Work Hours
Monday through
Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Flexibility and additional hours as needed including some evenings and weekends. Occasional recruitment travel
and travel to Westchester campus.
