Nanchang University is recruiting outstanding talents for its College of Food Science and Technology in four categories: Distinguished Talents, Academic Leaders, Academic Direction Leaders, and Outstanding Academic Talents.

I. Basic Requirements for Talent Introduction

• Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.
• Abide by the Constitution and laws and uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China as well as the socialist system.
• Have good political qualities and moral character.
• Meet the qualifications, professional credentials, skill requirements and physical conditions required for the recruited position.
• Hold a doctoral degree (both academic degree and educational background). 2026 graduates must obtain degree by Dec 31, 2026.
• Be under 40 years old (born after January 27, 1985), relaxable for top talents.
• Meet other position requirements.

II. Types of Recruited Talents

1. Distinguished Talents: Internationally recognized pioneering achievements, lead major projects.
2. Academic Leaders: Influential achievements at domestic leading/international advanced level.
3. Academic Direction Leaders: Important achievements in direction, development potential.
4. Outstanding Academic Talents: Influential achievements, postdoctoral experience, national projects potential. 6-year probationary contract.

All require PhD or senior title.
