About the Role
Be at the centre of governance, insight and decision making for Swinburne’s transformation portfolio.
The Governance and Reporting Analyst provides coordination and governance support to the Transformation Management Office as it provides governance, oversight, investment control and benefits realisation across Swinburne’s transformation portfolio on behalf of the Executive Group.
This role ensures executives and governance forums have clear, consistent and reliable information to support effective decision making, prioritisation and intervention.
Working closely with transformation leads, finance, delivery teams and enterprise reporting functions, the role establishes portfolio reporting standards and maintains integrated, cross program views to support the efficient delivery of transformation initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience across the following key accountabilities:
- Providing high quality governance and secretariat support to portfolio governance forums, including agenda and paper preparation, minute taking, action tracking, record keeping and maintaining audit trails
- Coordinating and producing consolidated, executive level portfolio performance reporting that is accurate, timely and fit for purpose
- Maintaining integrated, cross program views of portfolio activities, including visibility of risks, issues, dependencies and interdependencies
- Analysing portfolio data to identify trends and provide forward looking insights to support prioritisation, sequencing and investment decision making
- Establishing and maintaining effective information management practices, including a single source of truth for portfolio performance and supporting assurance, audit and review activities
- Building strong working relationships with delivery leads, finance and assurance functions to support the maturity and credibility of the Transformation Management Office
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, public administration, project or program management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- A valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain prior to or upon commencement)
- Ability to complete a police check as required by Swinburne University
