Experience in:
- Processing of biological samples (serum, Ficoll, etc.)
- Cell culture
- Organisation and maintenance of biological sample databases
- Multiparametric flow cytometry
- Additional merits: Advanced statistical analysis.
Additional Information
The employee will carry out the following tasks as part of the research project:
- To study the effect of immunomodulatory drugs on the innate immune system.
- To generate macrophages from human peripheral blood monocytes.
- To carry out phenotypic and functional analyses of human macrophage activity.
This contract is funded under the framework of the S2022/BMD-7274 RETAR-A-COVID project, within the 2022 call for grants for the implementation of R&D activity programmes among research groups in the Community of Madrid in the field of Biomedicine.
