Working at CQUniversity

CQUniversity’s Digital Services Team is the central hub for designing, developing and supporting the University’s critical information systems.

In this role, you will be working with the latest technology in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Viva stack. You will assist in analysing user needs, exploring innovative digital solutions, and developing custom workflows, integrations and applications as part of the Staff Intranet and Staff Automations Projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience with coding, testing, documentation and system improvements, while working closely with functional experts and clients across the University.

Position Requirements

  • Recently completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, with a major (or equivalent) in Application Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team environment and independently, delivering quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Sound working knowledge of software design principles, with experience analysing software functionality, identifying issues and contributing to defect resolution.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated motivation and ability to learn.
