Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and Student Support: Act as the primary contact for prospective students, applicants, current students, faculty, and campus offices; coordinate graduate admissions processes through SOPHAS and related systems; maintain student records and databases; monitors student progress; prepare reports and statistical summaries; interprets university and program policies; and support day-to-day administrative operations.
• Campus Events and Recruitment Support: Coordinate and provide logistical support for graduate student orientation programs, guest speaker events, and School-sponsored activities; represent the School of Public Health at graduate recruitment events and professional conferences and support outreach and recruitment efforts to promote enrollment and student engagement.
• Adjunct Appointment Support: Provide administrative support for adjunct faculty appointment processes, maintain appointment records, and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
