Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Program Support, the Graduate Programs Assistant assists with all aspects of program operations and student support. Provides support for Graduate Management administrative tasks.
Supports day-to-day operations for all Graduate Management programs; Manages scheduling and oversight of Graduate Management programs space and resources; Assists in tracking student community service hours; Liaison with Carroll School Business Office on fiscal matters and service contracts; Assists Graduate Management programs staff with processing of expense reports and travel arrangements; Maintains department purchasing card, including monthly reconciliations; Assists with front desk coverage; Provides back up support to on posting of tuition remission and stipends; Monitors Graduate Management programs voicemail and email accounts; Manages office supply inventory;.
Assists in the planning and execution of Graduate Management programs events and programming; Manages student communications.
Hiring Range: $24.12/hr to $30.14/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience, in a student facing higher education environment or in a customer service role.
Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
