• Provide pre- and post award research and financial administration support for individual investigators in the divisions.
• Monitor grant expenditures for compliance and take or recommend corrective actions as needed. Work with financial coordinator and purchasing and accounts payable to ensure appropriate expenses are allocated to grant funds.
• Manage post award activity for division to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner in accordance with university policy.
• Routinely review and update PI and respective research personnel costing allocations as well as submit payroll reallocations as needed.
• Produce and distribute specialized research and other programmatic financial reports for investigators. Meet monthly to review their funds and total research portfolio
• Assist in preparation and submission of reports, including annual budgets and progress reports
• Assist with preparation and review of bi-annual effort reports.
• Collaborate with ORSS, ORS and other departments to address/resolve administrative issues that arise with PI research-related matters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
