Job Description

Job Duties

• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items for events, programs, and initiatives
• Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the university's branding guidelines and objectives
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while maintaining well-organized files and thorough documentation for each project
• Collaborate with admissions, academic programs, and university leadership to develop print, digital, and web materials that support strategic goals, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements, target audience, and key messaging
• Manage and update content on the LMU website using the university's content management system (CMS), collaborating with Information Services to maintain site structure and enhance user experience
• Create visually appealing, accessible, and mobile-responsive web pages for academic programs, events, and institutional messaging
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
• Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
• Perform other duties as assigned
