Location: Indian Valley Campus (Novato) - In Person, CA

Description: College of Marin's faculty pools are open to applications on a continuous basis. Applications will remain on file until the hiring department has a need to add candidates to their pool or for up to one year from the date of application.

Essential Functions: Instructors may cover part-time, temporary, and substitute openings. Assignments include providing effective lecture and laboratory instruction in Graphic Design (e.g., Color, Design, Illustration, Photo Imaging/Editing, Layout, Production, Typography, and Vector artwork), preparing and grading assignments, advising students, evaluating learning outcomes, maintaining office hours, participating in program activities, and maintaining currency in the field.

Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience in the field, or the equivalent, and demonstrated sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds.

Desirable Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, or a closely-related field. Competencies in curriculum development, teaching methods, and communication skills.

Conditions of Employment: Selected candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work, undergo fingerprint clearance, TB risk assessment, and other requirements as outlined.
