Fitchburg State University Athletics & Recreation
Group Fitness instructors are an integral part of the Athletics & Recreation team. Instructors are responsible for leading group fitness classes that may range in category and difficulty level. This may include choreography, counting, cueing and more.

- Provide good customer service to all participants
- Demonstrate and promote knowledge of proper group fitness components - warm up, aerobic exercise, flexibility, cool down, etc.
