"Group Testing Supervisor"

General Description: The Testing Supervisor is primarily responsible for the training, on-site supervision, and incident report aspects of the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) testing project. In addition, acting as a liaison between Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and CPS is a central role to the position. Working closely with the Project Manager and administrative staff, the Testing Supervisor helps ensure the testing is conducted with a minimum of problems and complaints from students who take the test and their parents. With a great degree of autonomy that coincides with the position, flexibility and diligence are essential.

Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree required.

Knowledge & Skills: A minimum of 2 years of working experience required, with the ideal candidate being a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience. Experience working with young children and parents, the school system, training, and/or the testing field is preferred.
