• Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversity is looking for a passionate and motivated Gym Coordinator to lead the operations and programming of the CQU Gym. As Gym Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on developing vibrant fitness programs, supervising a small team of trainers, managing facility bookings, and ensuring our members have a safe, energising, and inclusive experience.

Position Requirements

• A minimum of a Certificate IV in Fitness.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Knowledge of the operation of computers and support software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Email.
• Ability to interact effectively with members, address concerns and promote a positive gym experience. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
