GYN/OB Hospitalist position

Salary: 270000-280000
Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center completes over 2600 deliveries each year. As an GYN/OB Hospitalist you will be responsible for consulting on inpatient and ED gynecologic patients, overseeing emergency department and GYN/OB emergencies and assisting gynecologic surgical cases. You will be required to work flexible 12 hour shifts during both weekdays and weekends, days and nights for an average 12 shifts per month with vacation time.
Opportunities exist for participation in medical education and hospital committees.
Qualifications
- Board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, and gynecology or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
