"Gynecologist in Complex Benign Gynecology with a focus on endometriosis"

Job Summary: The position is for a gynecologist in the Complex Benign Gynecology pillar at Radboudumc, starting October 1, 2025. You will be responsible for patient care, education, and research, with a primary focus on endometriosis. The pillar includes 6 gynecologists, 1 basic doctor for pelvic floor care, and 1 basic doctor for endometriosis.

Responsibilities: Participate in multidisciplinary outpatient patient care, contribute to care pathways, engage in regional initiatives for endometriosis, participate in general gynecology services (evenings, nights, and weekends), supervise and educate nurses, students, and trainee doctors, and conduct scientific research. Work with A(N)IOS, secretariat, and nurses to deliver the best patient care, aligning with Radboudumc's strategy of person-centered and innovative care.

Qualifications and Requirements: You are or will soon be a gynecologist with demonstrable interest in endometriosis. You must be a team player in departmental and multidisciplinary settings, have an academic profile as an innovative clinician with scientific and educational interests, be enthusiastic, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. You value open interactions with patients and good collaboration with colleagues, and you must be available from October 1, 2025.

What the Employer Offers: A fixed-term contract for 1 year with potential for extension. Salary ranges from €7,466 to €13,959 gross per month for full-time employment, depending on education and experience. Additional benefits include 8% holiday allowance, 8.3% end-of-year bonus, irregular hours allowance of 47% to 72% where applicable, and 176 vacation hours per year based on a 36-hour workweek.
