Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Habilitation Counselor for the Department of Child & Adolescent Services – Collaborative Behavioral Health Care Program (CBHP) within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.
The purpose of the Habilitation Counselor position is to provide site and community based case management and supported employment services to individuals receiving treatment services through UBHC's Outpatient Clinic services.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
