Job Description:

Fixed term role working 30 hrs/wk creating inclusive events, support academic success, & foster wellbeing for students living in Lincoln’s Halls of Residence.

Mō te tūka | The role

This role is all about enhancing the student experience in Lincoln University’s Halls of Residence. You’ll plan and deliver engaging events, support academic achievement, and help build a positive, inclusive residential community. Working closely with students and staff, you’ll play a key part in making campus life vibrant, supportive, and fun.

Some tasks of the role include:

  • Develop and promote an annual calendar of inclusive student events
  • Coordinate Inter-Halls activities and support Halls Representatives
  • Deliver academic support programmes and connect students to services
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families
  • Provide admin support including health and safety planning for events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

Fixed term role from January – October 2026 covering parental leave, working 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE), Monday – Friday at our Lincoln Campus. Salary: $59,325 per annum, prorated to 0.8 FTE.
