KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director Athletics, the head coach will discharge the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a competitive Division III baseball program. This will include scheduling, practice and game coaching, recruiting, budgeting, fundraising, and all travel associated with the baseball program.
- Mentor and coach student-athletes and will assist student-athletes in the development of baseball skills and an understanding of strategies necessary to succeed.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Participate in committees and provide service to the Department, University, and Profession.
- Valid state driver's license
This is a full-time, 10 month term appointed,position. The start date will be negotiated with the final candidate and be no later than December 1, 2025. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Demonstrated record of successful baseball ability
- Demonstrated record of coaching and recruiting in the sport of baseball
- Demonstrated willingness and ability, to travel and work a flexible schedule
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and work with student employees
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and the needs of diverse faculty, staff, students, and University community
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues for program growth and enhancement
- Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification or ability to immediately obtain
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree
- Prior experience at the Division III level
- Interest in, and commitment to, community engagement
