Lead a proud tradition of student-athlete success as the Head Coach of Womens Basketball at North Idaho College. This is an exciting opportunity to build a competitive program while making a lasting impact on the lives of student-athletes both on and off the court.

As Head Coach, you will provide leadership for all aspects of the womens basketball program, including recruiting, coaching, player development, game strategy, scheduling, team operations, and staff supervision. You will create a culture that emphasizes athletic excellence, academic achievement, personal growth, and sportsmanship while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of student-athletes. The position also plays a key role in budgeting, fundraising, alumni and community engagement, marketing, and representing the program throughout the region.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise staff, build relationships, and effectively promote the program.
