possible additional duties within the Department of Athletics. The successful candidate must be able to develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and donors while interacting successfully with department personnel and the college community. The Head Dance Coach must manage the dance program in compliance with all national association, conference and institutional rules and regulations, while aligning the management of the dance program with the mission of Carroll College.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have dance instruction experience. Preferably, experience directing a dance program in a collegiate or secondary educational setting, along with demonstrated leadership, developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to support the mission of the college.
