Strong knowledge of the Bologna Process , ECTS credit system, and accreditation standards. Excellent analytical skills, particularly in aligning complex academic curricula. Strong product presentation and communication skills. Fluent English (C1/C2); a second European language is an advantage. Ideally minimum 3 years of experience in a university international office or international business environment. Demonstrated ability to conduct negotiations at executive/leadership level.
