Terminal, 24 month appointment
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted
to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding.
Candidates who demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and

platforms to administer evaluations, collect and analyze data, and
support reporting and continuous quality improvement
initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Orients department and affiliate site coordinators and teaching
faculty to curriculum, policies, and logistics
- Maintains accurate records of the curriculum, evaluations, and
participation
- Schedules evaluations, assessments, and teaching sessions, and
creates and maintains the academic year calendar and/or clinical
rotation schedules
- Contributes to the design, development and implementation of
curriculum, evaluations and both computer-based and
performance-based assessments
- May manage the unit budget and approve unit expenditures
- Maintains a thorough understanding of accreditation program
requirements, regulatory requirements, and hospital/clinical
setting and program policies to ensure accreditation and compliance
with regulatory bodies and pertinent policies
- Partners with faculty and educational leaders to implement
initiatives that advance learner engagement, support career
development, and strengthen the pipeline of future physicians
entering Internal Medicine and its subspecialties.
- Serves as resource to advise learners of program/institutional
policies and procedures
- Serves as the primary contact for the program, liaising with
those directly associated with the program, institutional offices,
and affiliated teaching sites, in and out of the state of
Wisconsin

The Department of Medicine Education Services team supports a
comprehensive portfolio of undergraduate, graduate, and continuing
medical education programs. Our team partners with faculty leaders
and staff across the department and institution to design and
deliver high-quality educational experiences, ensure compliance
with accreditation standards, and advance innovative approaches to
medical training. Through collaborative leadership and operational
excellence, we help prepare the next generation of
physicians.
Compensation:
The starting salary for the position is $70,000 annually; but is
negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years relevant work experience in medical education
administration or related field
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including strong
working knowledge of Excel for data management, tracking,
reporting, and analysis; highly adept at using software
applications such as video conferencing platforms, presentation
programs, calendaring systems, and collaborative productivity
tools, including Google Workspace.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; focus in health care administration,
education administration, public health, or related field
preferred
