Description

This is a day/evening position that is responsible for serving faculty, staff and students in Mt. Pleasant with classroom technology, ITV room technologies and computer-related questions/troubling shooting. The position is an evening position with the exception of the summer months when the position can be either day or evening depending upon class schedules depending upon need.

Examples of Duties

1. Oversee the computer labs and assists students with technical problems.
2. Assists faculty when needed with ITV technical problems.
3. Assist faculty when needed with classroom technology problems.
4. Performs general computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Performs other related tasks as required.

Typical Qualifications

Education, Certification, Licensure:

• Associate's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Two years of experience with computer hardware, software programs (Microsoft Office), and AV technologies.
