HEP Student Assistant - Federal Work Study
Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student for the High School Equivalency Program (HEP) on the Gainesville campus. Under the supervision of the HEP Administration, the HEP Student Admin. Assistant would assist in day-to-day keeping by maintaining files and ensuring the record's accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in updating student's files if and when needed to.
- Assist maintaining general program's binder, paperwork, and some spreadsheets.
- Assist maintaining storage rooms inventory/cleanliness.
- Assist in the process of any additional funding requests and its paperwork.
- Assist new students with the funding requests processes.
- Assist in programs weekly report and agenda binders.
- Review calculation to help ensure validity of student scholarship figures.
- Other duties as assigned by HEP director.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Display excellent time-management skills
Required Qualifications
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
