Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Teaching American Survey and Western Civilization courses in the Department of History-and possibly American or European upper-level courses as needed
• Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner Strong organizational skills

Qualifications and Credentials

Master's Degree from an accredited university, or at least 18 graduate hours in history

Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in History or related field from an accredited university
