Overview

The goals of this History, Theory and Criticism in Design programme at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) include equipping students with the ability to analyze and critique design from various perspectives, fostering a deep understanding of the interplay between design, culture, and society. Its importance is underscored by the necessity of contextualizing design in historical and theoretical debates to inform contemporary practices.
