Hourly Paid Teaching in Computer Science/Cyber Security/Software Engineering

This is an excellent opportunity to teach within a supportive and engaging academic environment, working with motivated students across a range of modules. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in subjects including, but not limited to Principles of Programming, Systems Testing, DevOps for Organisations and Multimedia Networking.

Essential experience

✔ Strong background in above subject discipline
✔ Experience or confidence teaching at undergraduate level
✔ Ability to deliver evidence-informed, applied content in an engaging, student-centred manner

Desired

✔ Experience of taking on module leadership responsibilities
✔ Experience of designing and developing your own teaching materials
✔ A postgraduate qualification or above in a relevant subject

Start date: January 2027
Contract: Associate Lecturer (hourly paid)
Rate: £45.25 per hour plus holiday pay

Additional info: Teaching is required in person; due to the nature of the role, we cannot offer sponsorship for this post.
